Streamlining Winery Production
The Challenge
A client faced significant challenges with fruit wastage, messy operations, excessive downtime prior, during and post grape harvest, with frequent operator errors.
Collaborating closely with the head winemaker, we redesigned their entire workflow. We engineered a customised solution featuring an effective Clean-In-Place (CIP) system, allowing all pipework to be cleaned to food-safe standards without disassembly. The new layout was methodical and user-friendly, with integrated valving for ease of use and future automation upgrades.

A streamlined system that eliminated waste, reduced downtime, and created a more efficient, reliable, and profitable production process.

Crafted from corten and stainless steel, it is designed to interact with the light and landscape, changing its character throughout the day and seasons.

We take you on a creative journey, exploring materials, form, and scale to create a piece that reflects your vision and the unique character of the space it will inhabit. A typical commission takes around 3 weeks from a confirmed plan and deposit.
